Passionate Immigrant Looking to Give Back to the Community
Your Guide In Canada
Canadian Immigration Law is based on mutual interest, where both the immigrant and the country benefit.
Canada is a country where immigrants are always welcome and are integrated into the diverse mosaic of Canadian society. Recently, a large number of Canadians are about to retire; therefore, Canada needs more skilled immigrants to run the economy. Our goal is to assist you in making Canada your home according to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) department.
Clients are more than just files. Our clients are dealt with proficiency and are guided through the Immigration Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). We value the urgency of our clients’ cases and prioritize them accordingly. For any immigration related queries, please contact us and we will guide you in the most effective manner.

Our founder and manager, Rozina Mina, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) as well as an experienced Immigration Paralegal. She is currently working in a Calgary downtown-based immigration law firm. She has both extensive knowledge and experience in Canadian immigration laws and regulations. Rozina enjoys seeing clients successfully fulfil their dreams of settling in Canada. Having immigrated to Canada at an early age, she sympathizes and understands the stress, socio-economic barriers and challenges of new immigrants. Rozina has completed her three-year Paralegal Degree from O’Sullivan College of Montreal in 2011. Right after graduation, she started working for Thompson Reuters as a Corporate Paralegal before moving to Alberta. Thereafter, she worked in multiple immigration law firms in Calgary. By working closely with immigration lawyers as well as their clients, Rozina developed a passion for Canadian immigration. The impact of immigration in the clients’ lives inspired her to further invest into this field. In 2020, she enrolled online in the Academy of Learning in Toronto for an Immigration Consultant Diploma. She successfully graduated and obtained her Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license in 2021 and became a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
